Bendelow Window Covering Services provides repairs for blinds and window coverings across Victoria, Langford, Colwood, Sooke and Brentwood Bay.

 

We handle a range of products, including roller blinds, venetians, cellular shades, wood and faux-wood blinds, shutters and drapery tracks. 

 

No deposit is required for an assessment, and we’ll explain the repair and applicable costs before work begins.

 

 

Some repairs may require additional parts, labour or a return visit.

 

We also repair commercial window coverings. Contact us to discuss your repair, share product details or photos, and arrange an appointment.

Repair times can vary depending on the nature of the repair, the number of repairs currently in progress, and the availability of any parts that may be required.

Manufacturer Warranty Repairs

Where applicable, we can assist with manufacturer warranty repairs and will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf whenever possible.

​

Please note that manufacturer warranties vary. Some warranties cover replacement parts but may not cover labour, shipping, or warranty processing costs. Where these costs are not covered by the manufacturer, they may be payable by the customer.

If your repair is not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, the cost will depend on the type of repair and parts required.

Finding the Right Part for Your Blinds

Looking for a replacement part or unsure how to fix an issue with your blind? We can help identify the correct part and advise you on the appropriate repair.

To help us find the right part for your window covering, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

​

• Age of the product: Many blind components are product- and age-specific, and manufacturers frequently update their designs.

• Product name or type: If you know the manufacturer or product name, please let us know. Photos can also be extremely helpful in identifying the correct product.

• Operating system: Let us know how your blind operates, such as corded, cordless, chain-operated, motorized or remote-controlled.

We carry a wide selection of replacement parts for many of the prod0ucts we sell and service, including valance clips, tilt wands, tassels, hold-down brackets, end caps, bottom weights, vertical blind chains, cordless handles, battery wands and remote controls.

​

Please be aware that manufacturers regularly change their products, so replacement parts for older blinds may no longer be available or may differ slightly from the original component.

​

We also offer a range of specialist repair and alteration services, including cutting down blinds and shades and modifying or creating custom-length drapery tracks.

NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED – WINDOW COVERINGS THAT CAN’T BE REPAIRED AND NEED DISPOSING OF WILL BE

CHARGED A $10 DISPOSAL FEE PER UNIT.
